Returns
You may return your item(s) under the following conditions:
Eligibility: Only products purchased directly from Artefakt.in are eligible for returns. Items bought from third-party sellers or distributors should be returned to the point of purchase.
Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received it, along with its original packaging.

Refunds

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Exchanges

Shipping Costs for Returns
